Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy helps to restore movement and function when someone is affected by injury, illness or disability. It can also help to reduce your risk of injury or illness in the future. It takes a holistic approach that involves the patient directly in their own care.

Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a hands-on approach to health that focuses on the relationship between the body’s structure (e.g. bones, muscles, joints), function (mobility), and how the body adapts to force over time. The key idea is that the body can heal and regulate itself when the tension of the soft tissues (muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia) are more balanced and mobile. Habitual lifestyle movements associated with occupation, recreation, training, and repetitive movement can create patterns of restriction, changing how force moves within the body. Instead of just treating where the pain or symptoms are, osteopathy looks at the body as a dynamic connected system, treating the areas of tension or imbalance that might be causing problems. Gentle techniques are used to ease tight muscles, joints, and connective tissues, helping the body balance its forces so it can heal naturally. When the body’s structure and function improve, symptoms often improve.
If you have been struggling with back pain, neck pain, mobility concerns, headaches, joint or muscle pain, postural strain, sports injuries, TMJ issues, sinus problems, or general chronic issues, you can see an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner.
